Tuesday night, our team responded to a report of a disorderly person hanging around outside of a local business. Upon their arrival, officers spotted a man standing outside of the building while seemingly yelling at someone within. While speaking with officers, the man indicated that he was waiting to talk to one of the employees with whom he previously had a personal relationship. Throughout the investigation, the man’s aggressive and belligerent behavior gave our officers cause for concern for the safety of the employee. As such, the man was placed under arrest and charged with Loitering and Prowling.
