On Sunday, 01/09, one of our officers was on patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on Tybrisa Street. After stopping the vehicle, the officer learned that the driver did not have a valid license. He was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Driving the Wrong Way on a One Way Street and Driving While License Suspended.
On Thursday, 01/13, one of our officers responded to a local motel in reference to disorderly person. Upon his arrival, the officer observed a man yelling profanity and acting in an aggressive manner towards others. The officer noted that the man had previously been told that he was not welcome on the property and had been issued a criminal trespass notice just two days prior. The man was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.
