On Sunday, 10/17/2021, officers responded to a local nursing home in reference to a report of someone hitting the complainant. Upon arrival, officers interviewed both the complainant and the suspect. During this time they learned that both were residents who allegedly “slapped each others hands” before being separated by staff members.
On Monday, 10/18/2021, officers received a report in reference to a possible theft. While speaking with officers, the complainant stated that approximately $1,000 worth of golf clubs had gone missing from either his car or garage of his rental house sometime between Thursday, 09/30 and Saturday, 10/02.
On Thursday, 10/21/2021, officers received a report in reference to a possible theft. While speaking with officers, the complainant stated that he had received an email from his bank in reference to fraudulent activity on his debit card. Upon investigation, the complainant learned that someone had attempted to charge $1,000 to his card at Titlemax in Savannah. A report was filed and the complainant closed the card.
