On Tuesday, 10/26/2021, one of our officers was on patrol in the area of Butler Avenue when he spotted a vehicle driving down the street with no tag. After stopping the vehicle, the officer learned that the female driver did not have a license. She was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with No Tag and Driving Without a License.

On Thursday, 10/28/2021, officers responded to Dizzy Deans in reference to a suspicious person. According to witnesses, a black male had been seen walking around the store with his penis exposed, but left prior to the arrival of officers. The suspect was positively identified the following day and charges are pending at this time.

On Friday, 10/29/2021, officers responded to Huc-a-poo’s in reference to a man harassing patrons and refusing to leave the premises. Upon their arrival, officers located the suspect wandering around the parking lot and noted that he was struggling to maintain his balance. As officers attempted to speak with the man he continuously deflected questions back at them, such as answering a request for identification with the question, “Where’s YOUR identification?”. As the conversation continued the man became increasingly uncooperative, which eventually resulted in his arrest for Disorderly Conduct.
