• One of our officers was speaking with an employee of a local business on Tybrisa Street, when two men walked by. As they passed, the employee joked with the officer, making a statement to the effect of, “Those might be the guys you’re looking for.” At that time, one of the men turned and began to yell a string of profanity at the employee, while challenging him to a fight. During the course of his tirade, the man made a “finger pistol” and mimicked the act of shooting the employee twice. After convincing the man to walk away, the officer watched as the man continued to challenge random people, he encountered on the sidewalk. As a result, the man was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly Conduct.
