Description of Duties:
Under direct supervision of the City Marshal, performs administrative functions related to the enforcement of all city ordinance dealing with animal care, code compliance, and beach regulations enforcement with a primary focus on immediate public safety, health and welfare issues of the residents of Tybee Island.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age, hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Possess a valid Georgia Driver’s license
Pass background investigation including finger printing and driving record, psychological exam and drug screen
Ability to obtain dispatch certification within the first 6 months of employment.
TAC certification for secondary and primary TAC positions
May be required to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
Salary: $15.93
